Help & Shortcuts

What is this?

Slide Maker turns plain text into polished, ready-to-share image slides — for social posts, stories, presentations, carousels, and more. Everything runs in your browser — your work is saved automatically on this device and never uploaded anywhere.

Quick start
  1. Click + New Slide (or ✍ Write Slides to create many at once from text).
  2. Click the text on the canvas to select it, then type in the editor on the right.
  3. Drag text to move it; drag the small handle on the box's right edge to change its width.
  4. Pick a background (solid, gradient, or image) and style your text with the font, color, and effect controls.
  5. Choose a canvas size (Square / Portrait / Story) above the canvas, then ↓ Export as PNG, GIF, or MP4.
Working with text
  • Select / move: click any text and drag it. The dashed box shows exactly where the words reach.
  • Width: drag the box's right-edge handle, or use the W slider. Long words wrap automatically.
  • Position: use the snap buttons (Left / Center / Right / Top / Bottom) to align text to the canvas edges.
  • Multiple blocks: add more text blocks per slide from the Text section; each is positioned independently.
